No it wouldn’t. They would essentially be firing him for voting Republican. Firing someone, for cause, because they vote a certain way would be the most idiotic thing OSU could do. Gundy would not get laughed out of court. Voting is a fundamental civil right. OSU is not only an employer but a state employer.
Or they try to fire him for wearing a t-shirt while making him out to be a racist in the media to justify it. OSU would get slaughtered.

Compound that with 99% of the people treating it as evil have never watched a single second of it and may be successful in getting a good coach and good man fired makes me concerned for the future of our country.
