How far away are we from a white coach being accused of racism if he yells at a black player at practice? Despite the fact that they yell at all players to hustle.

You obviously have a strong opinion on the matter, so why don’t you tell me why they wouldn’t. But they absolutely would frame it that way on paper.
In my initial post, I listed several different avenues for him to seek damages, yet you have honed in on just one of those. Why?

Don’t be that guy. I granted you he would be entitled to his contract bc this wouldn’t be for cause and the next 2 issues you listed were pain & suffering & emotional distress which I don’t think he can sustain in a breach of contract claim.

I also listed loss of future wages. That isn’t isolated to the years left on his current contract. If in the course of everything, they damaged his market rate, he’d have standing to seek damages for that as well.
Of course they’d settle. These things almost always do. But you said they’d be “laughed out of the court room” for seeking damages. Quite the pivot you’re now taking from that stance
