That isn’t what this was about though, it’s that you can’t get fired for being gay or trans which I think is good.

No.
The justices held that an employer who fires an individual merely for being gay or transgender violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
If you want to get rid of them then fire them for not performing or another reason.

But that’s where this ends up (if the opinion is as presented).
If you can’t discriminate based on sex and sex includes transgender. Then it will follow that teens who identify as transgender can use the locker room that matches their identity. You can’t have separate but equal facilities.
So when you say, “This sounds good” you have to take into account where it ends up.

That same Title of the CRA is what has been used to argue for trans in girls/boys locker rooms/bathrooms.
Also, if those are protected, how are you going to prevent them from competing in "their" gender sports?

It’s literally only saying that Gays and Transgenders fall under the civil rights act of 1964 by saying that you can’t get fired based on being gay or transgender. Come on man, do better. At least read the case before going into a rage.
