What is wrong with you? The cops had reason to great for their lives.
After fighting he flees and the cop sees him point a weapon at him.

Shooting was justified. Saying anything else is being dishonest.
The perp turned and fired at the cop. If he doesn't do that, he still has his life.
If he wasnt drinking and driving, he still has his life. He clearly has no regard for anyone's life.

And that cop will make bank for wrongful termination. Body cam and dash footage shows this.
Best part about of that was after. Big ole black bossman asking the shooter if he's okay and if he's called his family. Cop wants to know how the perp is doing. Black police cheif doesn't give a shite, just wants to make sure his guys are okay.

I can be running away with my arm extended behind my back in the direction of pursuers firing off rounds. In this incident, the suspect clearly had his arm extended backwards and discharged a taser towards the officer.

The suspect clearly tried to tase the cop. If he was completely successful, he could have then grabbed the cop's real gun and shot him to death. That's not really a chance you would want to take with someone who attempted to tase you after assaulting you.

Do I need to go find a list of police who were prematurely fired in a situation like this and were either reinstated or paid off?
This dude needs them to arrest and charge him and he'll never have to worry about money again.

It’s the first one, I admitted like 7 pages ago that after rewatching the new video it appears he fired the taser and that I’m leaning toward the shooting being justified.
But people keep on coming and calling me stupid so I’m just kinda rolling with it.
I’m done replying now though because I’m tired of it.
