Our Sports Gambling Pro, who is Christian himself, gives us the low down.

As a Christian man I get asked a lot how I reconcile my Christian faith with sports betting and how the two can be compatible. In this video I discuss how I believe it is possible to bet on sports(or gamble) without it straying into sinful activity.

It probably is.
Read the Bible sometime and you will discover that ALL KINDS of things are not looked upon very fondly by God.

I think you have to look at it on a case by case basis and even then you can’t see into someone’s soul. Is spending money on other forms of entertainment a sin?
On the rare occasion I go to the casino I look at as entertainment. I’m just going to have fun and I never spend that much. I figure what’s the difference between me spending 50 bucks on a slot machine or spending 50 bucks on music purchases.

No.
Unless you believe it is, then sure.

To protestants, yes - everything is a sin to them.
To Catholics, yes - only if it gets to the point that it impacts your life or family in a negative way.
IDK about the rest.

If you believe gambling on sports is a sin, then that same person must believe that investing in the stock market is also a sin.

Of course it’s a sin, not because it breaks any rules of faith though, it’s a sin because you’re making money off the backs of black people and not paying them 100% of those earnings. Gambling is systemic racism.

If you have to ask if something is a sin, then it most likely is a sin.

Well, it got Jordan a low key one-year suspension from the NBA when he was king of the world, so I'd say people in charge think it's a pretty big deal.
At least he got to play baseball to keep in shape.
