We are living in some kind of reverse bizarro world where thieves, murderers, drug addicts, and looters are victims. What a time to be alive.

An initial investigation revealed that an ATV side by side had been stolen from flat town farm supply in Ville Platte before sunrise Sunday morning and that a man identified as Michael Arvie (42) was in possession of it and had stopped for gas at a store where three men confronted him.

“The only thing he remembered was Ryan Vidrine yelling out, ‘That’s that N!&$#? right there. Let’s get him,” said Mckenzie Arvie as he recalled what his first cousin told him.

Michael Arvie is currently wanted for possession for stolen property, but his family doesn’t think that justified what happened to him Sunday.

Michael Arvie was transferred to a Lafayette hospital to undergo emergency surgery due to blood clots in his brain.

“That’s attempted murder,” Mckenzie insisted.

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office said Terald and Ryan Vidrine surrendered peacefully to authorities. They both have $35,000 bonds but are out on bail.

This is a time where a White man using the N word was warranted.

If they actually go up on charges, this seems like an easy jury nullification case.

Well clearly the thief isn’t a flight risk at the moment.

And that right there is exhibit A of what separates the 2 groups of people. If I had stolen some property and got my arse beat as a result, my family wouldn’t be on the evening news making excuses for my thievery. Furthermore they wouldn’t be planning a fricking march in my name because I caught an arse whipping.

The judicial system takes it as a serious offense to attempt to cut their funds, authority I mean, out of the loop.

Crime DOES pay. The lawyers, the DA, the Court, the judge, the probation dept., etc., all have a financial interest in keeping crime to themselves. Vigilantes cut out these middle men and the criminal justice system takes a hard line on this cutting into their golden goose.

I’ll be the first to call BS on this part of the story. The perp sounds like he also stole lines from Blazing Saddles.

And how about the News person not mentioning that their family member had stolen from them. Just passed right by that little bit of info.
