Lots of stocks are following the exact same trading pattern as SLI today. Difference is SLI is still positive while most I am watching have turned red. It’s a market issue not directly related to this stock.

Make that 58. I had forgot I sold off my RECAF spec play a couple days ago and had some cash. Been trying to get out of the spec stuff and settle into some more long, long, long hold investments.

The bolded part is very interesting.
A lot of unpurified Lithium had been going to China for purification to make it battery grade (especially Lithium mining production from Australia has been doing that).
SLI wouldn't have to establish a footprint in South America to be relevant for Lithium producers there - if they are a recipient of crude material from producers around the world to be purified for battery manufacturing in Europe or North America.

Speaking of China. I'm curious to know if anyone is worried about China stealing this technology and either using it on their own or licensing it out. I don't have faith in our current administration to keep China accountable on anything. What safeguards does SLI have? I hope they are being extremely secretive with this technology, but the patent process still worries me, because it puts it out there for there world to see. Hopefully, STLHF is signing up contracts with all the major players before the tech comes to light. That's really the only guarantee that I can see.

This has been a problem for the last 25 years.
Great companies of many types (Apple, Tesla, Microsoft, etc) have adapted but in the long run it will take all of China's trading partners really giving a shite enough to make it stop
