IBATF isn't really looking that much better than SLI. Where does the water go in the IBATF process? Are they permitted for reinjection? I see a bunch of frac tanks in pictures on their website. Also, it looks like they have been working in Louisiana primarily? Nothing in Arkansas that I can find. What are lithium royalties in Louisiana or how far along is that?

Man, I'd like to know the details of the LOI with Koch from 1/25/22. I forget that Koch has dibs on SWA offtake. So when we hear SLI reference the possibility of prepaid offtakes, they must be from Koch (SWA) or from whoever takes the dibs that Lanxess had (turned down) for Phase 1A.

"Develop a market-based pricing mechanism for Koch Minerals & Trading to procure off-take at the Company’s South West Arkansas Project

Leverage Koch’s global procurement capabilities to assist in sourcing key raw materials

The Letter of Intent will not impact the Company’s existing or contemplated arrangements with LANXESS"

Good idea to use Koch's access to scale for reagents and materials.

Q4 report to AOGC is out and includes another curious list of places product was shipped

Important footnote, so none of yall drop a short report (lol):
"1 Volume of LiCl solution refers only to LiCl product that was removed from the process and temporarily
isolated and stored either on or off-site during the reporting period. This reported number does not include the
significantly larger volume of LiCl that is continuously produced by the plant, but as per the normal operation
of the plant, is immediately and continuously reinjected back into Lanxess’ tailbrine disposal system."

Other footnotes:
"2 Volume of LiOH solution refers to the volume produced in Buffalo, NY." They have their own hydroxide conversion facility in Ark, what's this about Buffalo?

"During the period of reporting, all lithium chloride and lithium hydroxide produced at the plant which was not
temporarily stored or sent to a user was reinjected back into Lanxess’ tailbrine disposal system."

Hopefully these are companies interested in becoming financial partners. I would say offloading/ purchasing finished product, but I don’t see that as an issue. Lithium is in demand. Maybe refining SLI final product.

They've reported the last 8 quarters lol

Looking at the reports I'm thinking about how shocking the scale up will be for Phase 1A. Current brine throughput of 1m gallons/quarter vs 4.3m gallons/day

SWA Lithium LLC received a drilling permit last week for a lithium brine well in Lafayette County. Lester No. 1 depth to 9000 ft along Arkansas 313.

Is SWA Lithium LLC a subsidiary of SLI?

ALB Albemarle Corporation was up over $300 in Nov 2022 and is now at $118 which says a lot about the general lithium market.

Based on Tesla's success and the eco-nuts mad rush to EV's in and out of government, the car manufacturers all rushed to make electric vehicles at the same time. This is before anyone built more power plants or installed copious numbers of chargers. Lithium isn't going away in any event and there is a lot of concern that most of ours comes from China. SLI has the edge in being clean to produce without the giant strip mines.

I will be increasingly involved with them over the next year and will be on site from time to time. Supposed to have a meeting with corporate and tour the current facilities after the first of the year.

did you ever end up meeting with them and touring? Any updates?

Nope. Weather issues and too busy this time of year. Especially after being closed a week.
