I mean I agree, but this photo and tweet isn't bad at all. If he starts talking crap about the league and how they handle stuff then he will be in for it.

Nah, Eric Reid is in the NFL. As long as you are a good at helping win football games, teams will put up with outspoken players.
The biggest con that has been perpetrated these last 4 years is that Kap is out of the NFL 100% because he kneeled. The fact that he was a pretty shitty QB towards the end definitely plays a role.

Agreed, he isn't going to remotely get in trouble for that.
