Here's an anecdote. I married in 2000 and was on Maui for 10 days or so. Stayed some of the trip on the Kapalua end and drove into Lahaina to shop and eat. Dropped into Cheeseburger In Paradise and ordered. Family comes in and sits a couple of tables away. 5 or 6 kids. They settle and a kid around 5 years old plops on mom's lap and before we knew it, he was breastfeeding
. 10 minutes this is going on. My Razor didn't have a camera, damnit.

This sounds bizarre, but it is a different level if they're nude.
You can take baths with bathing suits on. Hopefully they have a big jacuzzi tub or something and do that.
