DPHC came out of nowhere when they announced Lordstown. I'll ride them out up until merger time.
NOVS announced this morning. I had some funds sitting in my Chase personal account, transferred some to a Chase You Invest account, Bought 2000 NOVS at $9.80 a few wks ago. Popped to $13 this morning. No risk arb. What a time to be alive!!

It should price tonight and start trading tomorrow. I have a lot of "safe money" that I'll let it sit through the election.

Proterra, Lucid or Rivian would be well received. May be awhile before any announcement though. Hopefully the EV hype continues.

Yes, holding a boat load of CCX. Averaged down to 10.4 the past months. Will buy more if it drops. Even if not Topgolf, they are due soon to announce something for an initial pop.
Yes. Even I'm getting some SPAC fatigue lol. Everyone and their mamma got one diluting the market. Few months ago, all these spacs we have been discussing would have mooned by now.

Yeah dilution is worrying me (about limiting the moonshots).
I really don't get TRNE. Also, SBE warrants seem low in relation to stock price (no value to optionality or leverage - granted they dont have the NAV put protecting them).
LGC warrants are blowing my mind. Flat out, if you think the deal will close, the warrants are redeemed for $1 value at close if the stock price is $10. More if the stock is higher and less ratably if below $10. I do not get the current discount... but am paranoid as I keep loading them lol

RMG/Romeo rumored Friday afternoon. Sold all my warrants during the spike but will hang on to commons to see where it settles.
CCX, what a disappointment. Probably my first SPAC that doesn't pop on a rumor/announcement. Poor timing for this rumor to occur at market close during the weekend. Will be a lot of selling come Monday. Glad I'm not holding any warrants (I usually avoid buying over $1.5 pre announcement).

I got in on RMG right after the news right as it hit $11. I feel as though that's a low-risk play for the potential pop. I don't love RMG and its connection to Nikola, but people go stupid for anything remotely EV.
