They're going to let it burn, so then when Trump comes in with the national guard and cleans things up, they can blame him for anyone who dies as a result.

Illinois isn’t going Republican barring a massive voter shift in Chicago and the Senate won’t vote through a bailout plan to save their asses.
She planning to “lie back and think of Biden”, hoping this pays off?

The level lives on
From the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gichigumi
Superior it’s said
Never gives up its dead
When the tales of November come early

But what if the large gatherings aren’t standing 6 ft apart or wearing their require masks??

Well, that will make businesses want to stay in Chicago.

Didn't she say she was going to arrest everyone at large gatherings 2 weeks ago?

I thought that Chicago was still under a stay at home order, surely the protesters will follow that order with the same veracity that the residents of Chicago follow other laws such as no guns or no murder.

What was/is her stance on large gatherings to say...watch music, sports, or just sit around to drink, eat and be merry?

Loophole. You can protest, just so long as you are not protesting the stay at home order.
