Have the FBI step up actions against chinese spying at universities. Have dept of Ed lean on schools to disclose "soft money" coming from china. Third, bar the spies themselves from access.

This is awesome. When I started grad school, we had 5 chinese students on the roll. First day of class only 2 were to be found. The other 3 entered the country then fled to go do who knows what.
