Hope we add a decent team for the last OOC spot in 2022, but get the feel it will probably be an FCS opponent

There were rumors several months ago that LSU would be playing Southern in '22.

Ugh, hate games like that. Even worse when we play a completely over-matched FCS team instead of one that at least is decent sometimes. At least Southern isn't completely hapless I suppose.

And it’s late November too. There’s not much worse than the atmosphere for a late season non conference game

Did you seriously just compare Southern with a 13-0 UCF team?

I'm just pointing out I hate these games. More SEC teams are moving to the 2 decent 2 cream puff OOC schedules, I hope we do the same, doesnt look like it for 2021 or 2022. I bet we add an FCS team for 2023 and 2024 as well and those would be complete. The games absolutely suck.

My first LSU game was the UAB game in 2000. Talk about a tragic day

We need to get Louisiana Tech on the schedule more regularly. Every 3 years.

All we need now is to hear we are in talks with NM State about moving the game to El Paso for recruiting purposes
