My best theory: Dude takes regular walks and every week or so and occasionally would walk in the house under construction and see the progress. Dudes assumed the worst (he was there to rob the place), confronted him on it, it got heated and into a fight, white dude got overwhelmed and shot him.
You are missing the part of stolen fishing gear and stolen hand gun from the neighborhood. Not saying he did any of those things, but thats the reason the neighbors thought he was up to no good, they have been having issues. Which is why the original 911 call was made.
The suspicious part to me is Ahmaud sprints out of the house and down the street. For essentially being caught.

Who guilty person runs right down the middle of the street to evade pursuers in an automobile?
**Doesn't seem reasonable on its face.

The stolen fishing gear wasn’t even reported to the police. The gun theft was months prior. They’re both going to be irrelevant in this case.

Tell me was the jogger living in that neighborhood? Or was just happening to be a stranger that not from the area and his home is far way and if so where is his car or what ever transportation he used to get there.
I have witness a group of young blacks walking around and I thought they were going after me and saw them looking around and then I just went on my way. I then was walking back to the same area on my way back home, I saw a brand new Dodge with 4 young blacks in it and then saw a red convertible driven by an older black man just drove behind it on their way out. The very next day I saw a woman crying near by the place where I saw the whole situation. She told me her new Dodge was stolen. I was shocked! I did meet someone near my area who happened to be a under cover cop. I gave him the details and then left. I had witness a perfect crime. They were pro in doing it.
