Yes when in stores. Not while running/biking or outdoors in neighborhood.

I went for an early morning bike ride yesterday am and saw soooo many wearing masks while exercising.

Stop doing that people! I'm all for wearing masks in public areas indoors (or outdoors if unable to maintain distance) to help prevent asymptomatic spread to others but just use some common sense.

That means you don't need to wear one in your car BY YOURSELF and you don't need to wear one while jogging. Wonder how many calls EMTs respond to from people wearing masks while exercising outside and passing out.

Most of this mask no mask thing doesn't really bother me but I agree with you on that point. I bike ride a few times a week and there will be at least 1-3 people out riding bikes or running with a mask on every time. Common sense people.

Yes. I don't agree with the government attempting to force it, but I do think it does enough good to outweigh the frustration of wearing it.

Yeah I've been seeing people hiking with masks, and I'm just confused.

Because I do have to wear one for 8 hours a day at work...I want to ENJOY THE FRESH AIR when I'm outside.

The nurse in me has to bite my tongue from telling these people "You know you really don't need to wear this outside when exercising?" It's tough cause I want to say something so badly. Just like I want to say something to the people wearing gloves in the grocery store digging through their purses and talking on their phones with the gloves on. But I just shut my mouth and go about my business. Gotta pick my battles.

I do not. I wear one if the place I’m going in requires one, but I do not wear a mask just to be outside or in my car.

I just ran into CVS and saw my neighbor who is an ER nurse at Baptist and we were the only 2 people in there not wearing mask.

We laughed

Why so antimask? Don't they help prevent spread even if they don't really protect you?

It's social etiquette to wear a mask when the vast majority are wearing one so I have no problem being polite. I'm an a-hole but not an a-hole to that level.

Nope.

If your medical condition is so severe that catching a flu type virus can kill you, you don't need to be out and about.

If you are out and about, I assume you have the immune system to combat the virus or that you don't care about your life.

Either way, I still don't give a frick.

I throw a fishing buff on when I go out and if most people where I’m going are wearing one, then I pull it on. If they aren’t, then I don’t.

Honestly, I think it’s stupid, but I’m a nice guy.
