JP Losman $12.3 million
Schaub $92.3 million and counting
3 are under contract for the 2020 season which would add an additional $53 million.
The combined career earning for the six QBs taken in the first round of the '83 draft is under $150 million.

I wonder what would the all-time worst performance-to-career earning ratio QB list would look like. I would imagine Schaub would be up there. I feel like Bradford made a ton of money over his career with relatively little to show for it.

Schaub was worth that much during his first years in Houston.

I do not remember Schaub being a 2 time pro bowler and leading the league in passing one year

More than I’ll likely make in my life.

He was pretty decent for a couple years in that Shanahan zone read/rollout offense they had. It just fell apart so bad. He could not stop throwing pick sixes it was insane

I think the answeris Brock Osweiler's $72 million contract was so bad that the Texans traded him a 2nd & 6th round picks for a 4th round pick.
The Browns then paid him $15 million to go play somewhere else.

Adjusted for inflation, what are the numbers?

I’m still not convinced he wouldn’t be a pretty good qb if his bones were more dense than a baby bird’s and he had landed in a decent situation with even a little stability. Career always just stuck in the mud.

But he didn’t collect on that, right? I’m talking about earnings as your OP referenced.

He does have a super bowl ring, but Joe Flacco has made $166 million in his career. That's a lot of bread for a guy without any pro bowls in his career

Sam Bradford who's literally made of glass made like 65-70 million with the rams on his rookie deal and was able to con and snow job at least 30-40 million more out of the Eagles, Vikings and Cardinals.
Only in America.
Only in America.

Now, what was the TV revenue in 1983 vs. 2004?
Salary Caps?
