re: Alleged video of Ahmaud Arbery shooting leaks

This kind of shite creates downstream consequences that can’t even be calculated. Imagine being a young black kid who already buys into the black lives matter propaganda then seeing this.

This should just be classified as a simple cold blooded murder. Nothing more nothing less and it should be lumped in with every other tragic cold blooded murder that happens every day. But instead it will be classified and a racist lynching and create significantly more suffering because of downstream effects.

The shooters should be put to death

Frick their story spin.

They started and finished the confrontation.

He should have. Wasn't there on the jury so I do not have 100% of the case in front of me. But from what I know he should have served time.

That video is painful to watch. Only took a few seconds to escalate. Those guys are screwed. They'll spend the rest of their lives thinking of just how much that it wasn't worth it.

Yeah. Even if their story is 100% legit and they did see him walking around a construction site.

That still doesn't give them the right to follow him, cut him off, and then try to apprehend him with weapons.

No. But if you want outrage, you'll get less of it with these personalities involved. And there will be plenty of posters who hem and haw about this as it develops. It happens every time.

Because the focus won't be on this guy or the individuals who did it, but on some larger societal ill that rests on a ton of false pretenses.

Trayvon had every right to defend himself from some strange man following him with a gun. You have no idea what all was going on. He probably feared for his own life and rightfully so.. Zimmerman is a psycho whose own cousin accused him of rape, who punched an undercover cop, who punched his own girlfriend’s father, who had multiple road rage incidents including witnesses saying he was waving his gun...

If anything Trayvon was the one defending himself. Zimmerman is constantly starting stuff with people. Someone finally stood up to him and Zimmerman took the easy way out. All he ever does is hide behind his gun, because he’s a giant pussy and piece of shite.

That's what I'm thinking at this point.

So with Castle Doctrine (under Kentucky law) a couple things have to happen for even law enforcement use lethal force. First, if you use lethal force you have to be able to justify it. That can only be justified if you believe your life is in danger either through serious physical injury, kidnapping, first-degree and second-degree robbery (in second you have to threaten the immediate use of force upon another person to accomplish the theft, first you have to physically injure someone in the process not involved) or other forcible felonies.

Second, even law enforcement can only use that force if the person is a "dangerous, violent subject".

And that's not even taking into consideration that your justified use of force can't happen as they're running away from where the threat occurred.

Good luck being the guy trying to argue your life was threatened when you outnumbered an (from what we can tell) unarmed guy jogging down the street while you're packing a couple of shotguns.
