Stop posting the pneumonia drop graph

I am seeing this pneumonia graph being posted EVERYWHERE to support the claim that pneumonia deaths are fraudulently being labelled as "Covid-19" deaths to pump up the numbers. People are pointing to the section I circled in purple here and saying it means pneumonia deaths have suddenly dropped, and that this is because of this fraud.



However, the following is an animated image through time of this same graph as if it had been created every week for the last few years. Notice how the end of the graph ALWAYS droops quite a bit into the current date.



This is because the CDC displays in data while it's still in progress of being collected, and it takes time for pneumonia death certificates and other paperwork to make it fully through the system. Stop sharing the misleading pneumonia graph and saying that pneumonia deaths have suddenly dropped.

I'm not saying Covid-19 numbers aren't being inflated. I'm not saying some people who officially died of Covid because they tested positive didn't actually die from other, more serious diseases. Both of these things are probably happening, but I don't think it is being done intentionally. I just want to specifically point out this single point of info and misinformation, and I'm not interested in arguing conspiracy theories in this thread.

Edit: I wish people would stop replying here, and following me to other threads, with things like "defend your virus, lib!" and "wow, you're desperate to make the virus as bad as possible so we stay locked down longer!" because I posted this thread. I'll go on record saying that I support opening up the country and monitoring problem areas as they come up, because we have successfully flattened the curve and hospitals are far from being at capacity. I am not pushing lockdown. I am pushing correct data.
