Did the state die yet? I was told everyone would be dead. I haven’t seen CNN rejoicing in total destruction of a state yet. What’s going on over there?

Haven’t changed a single thing about my life in the last 2 months.
Well I drink even more than I did before, which was already... in excess, but other than that all is well. Still don’t know anyone personally that has had the virus.

I was out running errands over the weekend, knocking out some projects and it was good to see people doing the same thing. The left can try to paint Kemp as crazy, but he is right in opening things back up.

If I'm dead they forget to tell me. To be honest the virus hasn't changed my life very much at all. If anything work has been busier than usual, not only have I not missed any hours I'm actually working some overtime and other than not being able to go inside a restaurant the rest of my life has been about the same.

Still kicking

Lot of restaurants are not opening back up yet because of Karen's out there. Also, a few owners I know can't get their employees back because they are making more on unemployment and can claim they are too scared to work and keep getting UEB

Alive and well my friend.

People are out and about.

Sun is shining and it’s going to be close to 80F today.

Been great. My wife is a teacher and im working from home now 3 days a week. Its been a nice break from 9-5 everyday. Have gotten a ton of projects done around the house. Most of my neighbors are either A) in education or B) able to work from home. So alot of driveway drinking has gone one.

I did hear on the radio this morning that there is a hotspot forming in Gainesville GA. So im sure it will be KEMPS fault when like 6 people come down with the COVID out there.

The only thing that I don't do from my precoronavirus schedule is watch my kids with their spring sports.

With banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, auto mechanics, car dealers, liquor stores, hardware stores, superstores, and drivethrough/takeout remaining untouched, the shutdown hasn't affected me very much.

Restaurants and movie theaters are choosing to remain closed to the public for now. (With the obvious exception of take-out at the restaurants).

People want to scream at Kemp's decision to pick fairly niche businesses to begin reopening, but it's pretty smart given that there's a smaller pool of potential customers who will go out and frequent the tattoo parlors, salons & bowling alleys.

Imagine if he'd declared an April 24 open date for ALL retail & restaurants. It'd be like the starting line for the Peachtree Road Race.

No news because everyone in the state is dead and everyone that goes there to find out what is going on is never heard from again.

This is going to be a big problem outside of the major population centers. Not many part time or service industry jobs pay more than $20/hr.

The police are everywhere writing tickets. They have to regain all that lost revenue.

Business never slowed for me or my wife. Due to work demands, we immediately scheduled babysitters to come to our house every day for the first 3 weeks of the shelter-at-home to basically homeschool our kids. That has continued and our babysitters are also very thankful because they still have income while their regular daytime jobs are in flux. I actually think our kids have learned more during the shelter-at-home than they would have in the same timeframe at school.

Other aspects of our lives have been interrupted - kids sports, dinners, gym, club, etc. But that will be back soon enough. Kemp and his team have done a great job throughout this situation. But we have always supported and liked him, so we’re a little biased.

A good number of places haven't opened. I need a haircut and can't find a barber that's opened.
