Are the 49ers now the most well run NFL team?

Young well-respected coach in Shanahan who has a great relationship with Lynch.
A lot of people made fun of the hire, but Lynch has proven to be a top 5 GM already imo
Supportive owner who managed to get a new stadium built in California. Yeah it’s ugly and in Santa Clara. It also only cost a fifth of what the Rams new stadium cost.
Roster management is phenomenal, primarily focused on building the trenches while finding unique skill position players who fit Shanahan’s system and the team’s selfless team first personality. Everybody expected them to grab one of the elite receivers, instead they draft an elite DL to replace Buckner, sign Trent Williams to replace Joe Staley, then trade up to still grab a top tier WR from ASU in Brandon Aiyuk (who is also a phenomenal returner).
Young stars all over the roster and smart salary cap management should make them a force to reckon with for a while. Jimmy G is obviously a weak point, but he’s not bad (and will likely get better)

ehhh, his personnel in trades and FA have been good. Drafting has been...rather sporadic to say the least.
2017:
Solomon Thomas (3rd overall) - bust
Rueben Foster (31st overall) - bust
Ahkello Witherspoon (66th overall) - average
CJ Beathard (104th overall) - average
George Kittle (146th overall) - elite
Matt Breida (UDFA) - above average
2018:
Mike McGlinchey (9th overall) - average
Dante Pettis (44th overall) - bust
Fred Warner (70th overall) - above average
Tarvarius Moore (95th overall) - meh
2019:
Nick Bosa (2nd overall) - elite
Deebo Samuel (36th overall) - elite
Jalen Hurd (67th overall) - bust

Everyone’s drafting is hit and miss, but when you see them do things like what they did with the Arik Armstead or Deforest Buckner situation, to flip Bucker for #13 and turn that into a beast DL like Kinlaw and then resign Armstead, you’re managing your roster as well as it can be managed.

Theyve made the playoffs once since going to the sb in 2012.
They lost both.
They’ve had some good drafting for the most part.
We’ll see. But not yet.

This isn’t that bad honestly. Lots of teams will go a long while before getting that much quality like they have

I guess you can call Thomas a bust, but he’s still a big part of their DL rotation.
Hurd was injured but showed promise. I wouldn’t call him a bust.

Well run organization but I don't trust their head coach in the playoffs particularly the Super Bowl.
