Realtor made fake offer

So a 27 year old kid calls my wife and says he has an offer as a buyer's agent on our FSBO house, a little low but I'm tired of listing it and ready to dump it so i said ok done deal draw up the paperwork. Radio silence 4 days later and he won't answer his phone.
Realtors are the thirstiest most desperate bunch, sad.

Most realtors are slimey trash. It’s ridiculous in this day and age that we even still need them.

If he/she was desperate, would the paperwork have not already been submitted to you? A couple possibilities: 1) Your Realtor died. 2) He/She got fired. Call their company and tell about your issue.

What is the realtors end game on this? Why would he present a fake offer if he had no real buyer? Do you think he actually had a verbal commitment from a buyer that backed out?

To make a counter they would reject but try and get the listing obviously, you aren't too bright are you.

Sounds like your poor. Just be a good OT member and hire your own realtor, so you dont have to communicate or worry about it.
