Hopefully that changes on the 1st. My condo was booked for it's best year yet before this. This was disappointing

I had a vacation planned for this week as well, and I don't want to reschedule until restaurants and bars (florabama) are back open. No sense in my spending a bunch of money to sit on the beach and hang out in the condo all night.

You can sit on private beach with a couple people. Gestapo arent patrolling.

Not sure where your Gestapo patrol is but Walton county is running up and down the beach all day long. They don’t have any kids to stop and ask for IDs so they are running off anyone sitting in chairs.

Private beach don’t matter.

Yes. We were part of that with Huckabee. That judge in Pensacola is a moron.

In what is a most confusing statement, Vinson wrote, “Public beach on the Gulf of Mexico is not defined by legal ownership, but by what is the beach.” Even if a person has legal ownership of a private beach, Vinson sees it as public. So, private is private, except when it’s public!

Drive up old Hwy 90 from the high rise and make it a coast drive. I wonder if the ferry to Ft Morgan is running. There’s really no traffic, at least to Ocean Springs....

So what was the large checkpoint I drove passed on I-10 for?

Not sure where you are getting your information because I've seen it personally so this isn't really debatable

Enjoy the change of walls. You’ll be able to sit on the patio/porch and enjoy the sound if the waves. But there is a citation with a $500 fine attached if you are on the beach.

Walton was the exception until a few weeks ago. I spent the first three weeks of "quarantine" in sandestin. They let us hang out on the beaches in small groups the first couple of weeks because the board of sandestin fought the county on it. They eventually closed the beaches but were still letting you "walk" on them, you just couldn't sit down.

Are you confusing the AL state line with the FL state line?

There is no checkpoint from New Orleans to Orange Beach. Are you geographically retarded?

I understand that, there is is still a checkpoint on I-10 once you hit Florida. If you would have read the thread and seen my other post before responding you would understand that. Try to keep up

I admitted I was wrong in a post right after that. Again, I don't understand why you refuse to read the entire thread, it's two pages
