$900 is plenty to pay rent and bills and groceries? Is this a joke?

Per week!

If you can't survive on that then you were living outside your means to start with.

I live in a very poor and remote town

Avg rent here is about $500 if that because the standard of living in 3/4 the town is bad

Some getting almost $1000 a month can def be just fine

They do it already being welfare leaches

We probably spend close to 1k on food in a month. Sure we could make it cheaper if we needed to.

Read the thread title again.

Then please tell me who you know has gotten their stimulus.

You’re changing the topic.

I don’t know moms on Facebook - I’m not 40.

I’m a family of five and we probably spend about $500-$600 in food a month

But push comes to shove I can make it way less than that if times got rough

No, I'm stating reality.

You're playing sensationalism.

No. The thread says who didn’t pay their rent this month (usually due on the 1st). You keep bringing up stimulus that does not yet exist.

Well ya life on the coast is a lot more

I know used to live and work in the dc area

But you also get paid a lot more

People shouldn’t be bailed out for their poor financial decisions that they can’t cover a months rent

It sounds like you live in a statistical outlier like SF but on the cheaper side. I agree that I could feed my family on less if I needed to.

You couldn't find a place to live around here for $500/mo though. At least not where you wouldn't stand a decent chance of getting shot. Saving the money wouldn't matter than I guess.

The federal stimulus is far from a reality as of April 2, 2020. Even the fricking government doesn't know when they are gonna pay that shite out lol
