What if Lalo/cartel kidnaps Kim to Mexico and uses keeping Kim alive as leverage in order to continue using Saul and keeping Saul doing what they need him to do? If Lalo is killed that may be irrelevant once things get put in place. And perhaps Saul was feeding the cartel info on Gus/Mike/WW behind the scenes the entire time during BB and we just never knew it all the way up to the point that he absolutely had to run. And now he's living that depressed live in Omaha not knowing Kim's fate and Season 6 will be Gene going on a mission to discover Kim's fate.
I also think that there will be some unexpected twist with Howard in all of this. Otherwise why would he continue to surface occasionally?

Saul pushes kim so far away, she finds comfort in Howard's arms.

Will Kim die in episode 9 or in finale.
I can’t decide

You are a BCS expert in your own mind. Hardly worth the a-hole attitude you exhibit to people in these threads.

I usually play nice until someone is rude to me first or someone posts something completely ridiculous like the post at the top.

Screen rant has an interesting theory about what happens to Kim.
Basically she left herself an out marrying Jimmy by using a false name to invalidate the marriage (no middle name when she actually has one)
the whole exchange with Lalo was puzzling because it was so out of character sloppy for Kim. She told Lalo she has spousal immunity which is better than attorney'client privilege, which was a bold faced lie. Can't tell if Lalo bought it yet, but I'm leaning towards no based on him not talking to her further. She has the option not to testify against Saul not an obligation not to. Further, that, in no way, would protect Lalo from her testifying against him, not to mention she admitted she wasn't part of his legal team, completely invalidating any sort of attorney/client privilege Lalo may have been able to assert. IMO, she should have stuck with the strategy of being one of his lawyers and she could have gotten more information out of Lalo and more protection for herself instead of showing her hand. But by admitting she's not part of Saul's legal team and admitting Saul leaked information to her, she's put both she and Saul at risk.

He had an alter CoachO Cinco
posted a nude picture of that black guy people are making coronavirus memes about and talked shite about chicken.
They banned that account, then traced IP address and banned Cow Drogo account. Only 2 of his 23 accounts so no worries.

Someone earlier asked why Mike took the gas cap off Saul’s Esteem. Someone else said it’s been an ongoing trope In this universe that they use has caps for transistors to track locations of folks they need to track.
I’m doing a rewatch, and the end of Season 2 is when Mike is about to take out Hector in the desert, but find the “Don’t” note on his windshield after hearing his car horn.
Season 3 begins with Mike reliving that episode, then hauls arse into the nearest town and auto shop. He spends countless hours tearing the car apart, practically disassembling it. No luck. Frustrated/pissed, je has an epiphany waiting for his cab. The gas cap was the only place je didn’t check. So he grabs screwdriver, goes back outside, pops open the gas cap, and discovers the tracker. Then devises a pretty genius plan to run the battery down knowing they will come replace it. But he’s put his own tracker in the cap and winds up following the guy back to Gus’s people.
I had forgotten all about that. Good to read-watch and remember some of that stuff. But I’m watching Season 5 as it airs, caught a few episodes of Season 4 before 5 got started, and now it’s hard for me to keep up with the timelines. I forget when what Ive seen actually took place.
Also, people wonder why Howard is still a prominent figure, and I, myself, had found the Chuck parts boring upon 1st watch. But those 2 men—more than anyone—had a profound effect on Jimmy’s identify, and why he eventually morphs all the way into Saul. I think Chuck and Howard are more character development for Jimmy/Saul and may not really be instrumental to the plot.

You think chuck wasn’t instrumental in plot?

Haven't seen this asked yet - anyone used Lalo's directions to the bail drop-off point on Google Earth?
I tried and got lost - too much desert.

Finally caught up, so now I can look at these threads...
First, let me just randomly say I enjoy the slow burn of this show. Every scene breathes, unlike the majority of fast-cut television (movies, too). Not every show could pull this off, but BCS does, and often rewards you for paying attention. Ok, moving on...
I enjoyed this episode, as well as the other eps this season. But one thing has been bugging me about this episode: shouldn't they---and by "they", I mean the whole organization, not Saul & Mike---be taking this $7 million a little more seriously? I've goofed on Vince before for sometimes overthinking, but this was kinda on the level of late era SOA-type shite, lol...granted, it was entertaining and all, but c'mon man..

Considering how little of a dent the two cousins put in the cash room vault when they removed the money, maybe the $7MM isn’t that big of a deal.

These guys would torture you to death for stealing $10. There is no way they wouldn't take steps to protect that money. Something in the bag like No Country....(which shows the lengths cartels will go to protect their money).
