Lightning bugs, fireflies, whatever you want to call them. Was out on the deck having a smoke and they are lit up everywhere, off in the trees. I think this is the earliest I have ever seen them, and I hope the heat and humidity of summer is coming soon.

We'll get past this, I think sooner rather than later.

I haven’t seen lightning bugs in years. I sure miss that. They always made me happy. Glad you got to see them.

They have been scarce here too, North Alabama. Seeing them this early just let me know life will go on. Flu dies out every summer, I hope this virus does. I'm not so worried about the bug as I am the reaction.

Not to mention fire ants. I've never seen them this early in the year as I do now. We had a very mild winter up here.

I wish! Self-isolating here, I have a gallon of Evan Williams, a few boxes of wine and a bunch of beans and rice. We'll get past this, as we do every flu season.

Say this is a super-duper-atomic version of a flu season - it will still go away.
