You got to be licensed In Antimicrobial Pest Control through the department of agriculture to do what he’s trying to do. I bet the farm he doesn’t have that license.

Well you have to have a pesticide applicators license from Dept of AG, if you disburse so many gallons. I forget how many gallons. My license was a long time ago.
