THen at the 7:07, he links the Russia, the Impeachment, that they tried to get him on then he links the COVID-19 and how the Dems and their media allies are now moving to this crisis to take down his poll ratings. He then goes on to his point that at that time USA had 15 cases and implicitly referred back to his shutting down travel from China, which he did on 31 January if I remember correctly. Had China been truthful with the WTO, who as recently as around 15 January were saying no evidence of human to human infection, that shut down could have happened at that time before hundreds of thousands of Chinese citizens returned to where they were working after celebrating the Chinese new year which did not begin until 25 January.
