they don't have 1.5B tests

Because there is a limited amount of test. Fever = you for sure have something.

you don't get tested for the flu without symptoms

My appreciation from Mr. LSU's thread was that there are symptoms other than fever, which is why I asked the question.

because the initial symptoms are fever, followed by cough, aching, then difficulty breathing. If you have fever, don't go out in public and possibly infect / contaminate others.

Why do you need to be tested if you don't feel bad, dumbass?

You do realize that you can be a carrier and unknowingly spread the disease to others even though you don't show the symptoms, right? It's called asymptomatic. This is why as many people need to be tested as possible.

The entire premise of the question is that a person might have symptoms other than fever and, hence, feel bad. For example, one might have shortness of breath or body aches. And I have no idea why you believe ad hominems add to the discussion.

Then I remembered I spent all evening in the pollen and I have had allergies for 50 years.
Some will not think about it and run out to the Dr.

meaning, dont feel bad dont get tested, stay healthy and stay home if you can. It is impossible to test everyone
