How many of you will change your lifestyle after this?

Seems like it should be a great wake up call to stop being a fat arse and take care of yourself. Quit smoking, quit binge drinking every weekend, take your meds compliantly. You don’t get COPD or Type 2 Diabetes on accident (in most cases).

I already eat healthy and workout. I do like to engage in the daily beer or glass of wine and that's not going to change.
Probably be a little more conscience about hygiene while in public though.
