I don’t know a whole lot about Gout. But I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have anything to do with hygiene practices.

Got a couple years ago for first time. Indomethacin(?) prescription. Fixed it in less than a day for the most part.

Go see a physician. There are no short cuts or homeopatic solutions.

Next, figure out what you ate within 36 hours that gave you the gout. Then stop eating it. Wild game and beans and peas are the most common culprits.

Yep, a number of times. You just have to wait for it to go away. Drink a shite load of water.

Use Indomethacin to kick the flare up out and then get on this as shoeless joe said

Beer and red meat are common ones. I have high uric acid levels so I have to watch what I eat and drink somewhat. It couldn't be wine coolers and brussel sprouts could it?

It is caused by a high Uric Acid. Try to drink a lot of water to try and get your Uric Acid count down

Aren't steak and beer triggers that must be reduced or avoided to prevent flareups?
