Don’t blame him. Make a lot of money, lose five games every year, and never win a conference championship ever.
At least they don’t have to lose to big brother Texas every year.

What happened with S. Carolina?

Jimbo made him an offer he couldn’t refuse
Posted on 2/24/20 at 7:14 pm to Sampson
Quite obviously, Ed O pushed him out. I hope he does well at A&M. Welcome aboard Kevin Faulk.

No idea, maybe he wasn't offered, I don't remember him interviewing. But Jimbo is much more secure in his position than Muschamp.

CEH made Tommie look better than he was, I like Faulk coming on board

Faulk is going to take a lot of pride in how his backs look in practice and on the field. With the talent we have back there right now and who we are recruiting in these next two classes this could be a great move by Orgeron. T-Rob was getting stale and when you have so many talented backs coming through and not producing it’s time for a change. CEH was great this year but the rotations were never there and how he handled Emery had to have been the final straw or atleast would’ve been for me

What’s the story on why we didn’t try to retain him?

Typical, typical, typical, typical.
I’ve said it several times on this very board: as long as there’s a Texas a&m, LSU coaches bother current and former will ALWAYS have a job.
It’s like fricking self-parody at this point for aTm.
