I couldn’t wait to hear those words and he didn’t take long to say them. What an awful excuse. Probably his worst. He could find about 100 kids on campus that could paint the plate with 70-80mph for all of his stupid scrimmages. I mean hell are they throwing 90mph in bp? Clown coach, clown results.

He basically said their pitching staff was so bad that we couldn't hit them. Figure that one out.

Did you ever noticed any adjustments at the plate...moving up in the box or kids letting the ball travel deeper? A coach should be ashamed to admit that his "elite" players don't have enough training to make that adjustment!

The reoccurring soft lefty as a problem is getting redundant.. no excuse at this point.. we saw in fall spring the troubles at the plate but damn this sucks. Time for this team to get real young as they say and see what we got long term

Other schools don't seem to have a problem with it, at least not consistently like LSU does. It honestly doesn't matter who they face because the players obviously don't want to be there. Either that, or they are trying to get Paul fired because they don't want to play for him.

If the SEC coaches are smart, they’ll bench their starters against us and simply put 3 lefty fielders on the mound and tell them to lob it across the plate.
