Grass hasn’t really started growing but weeds and clovers are growing like crazy. Any tips?

Don’t want to use Scott’s and kill the grass like I’ve done in the past

Products containing atrazine and dicamba will clean up most of the 'messes" out right now.

If you are talking broadleaf then mcpa and dicamba will take it out in a week.

Also, if you are talking about Scott’s killing your lawn about 5-6 years ago that won’t happen again.

I have a question maybe you or someone knows the answer to. I sprayed the Ferti Lome Weed Free Zone about a week and a half ago and the results seem great. The clovers are all wilted and brown.

My question is: When should I cut the grass?

I have read up that it is best to fertilize in early-April but preferably after 2 mowings.

I want to make sure I kill off the clovers completely to the root and am afraid that if I mow now I won't finish them off.

Thanks in advance!

You can cut it now. Fine to cut grass 2 days post spraying WeedFreeZone. It is already absorbed by foliage and roots.
