re: Do 90% of these kids really need to be on these competitive travel ball teams?

The park I played in growing up split each age group into 2 leagues: American League was for the more advanced players and national was for "less" advanced. After the season there was Allstar teams for both leagues.
I was fortunate enough to play on the national league allstar team when I was 13, which was the last year before the renegade teams took over.
8 players from the national league team (including myself) ended up playing varsity baseball at the 3 different highschools in our area and only 3 from the american league allstar team.
If your kid wants to play baseball, keep them playing no matter the league. Kids improve at different times!

Is the Cleco outage map updating for anyone? In St. Tammany and the cellphone internet is super slow right now. Only site that loads with anything is TD. I guess it could be worse...
re: Weeds in full effect - Centipede grass BR

I have a question maybe you or someone knows the answer to. I sprayed the Ferti Lome Weed Free Zone about a week and a half ago and the results seem great. The clovers are all wilted and brown.
My question is: When should I cut the grass?
I have read up that it is best to fertilize in early-April but preferably after 2 mowings.
I want to make sure I kill off the clovers completely to the root and am afraid that if I mow now I won't finish them off.
Thanks in advance!

Snapped, and then had such a lack of remorse, that he got on twitter ~12 hours after murdering his pregnant (ex?)girlfriend to talk about "groovy" summer songs... Dude has issues.

So, if he did this (which everything seems to point to), he did it between Friday 7/19 at 12:00am and 7/20 early morning.
"Kostial, who was from St. Louis, Missouri, was discovered shot eight times Saturday morning near Sardis Lake, around 20 miles from the Ole Miss campus, according to WLBT."
He was tweeting about "very frat" and "groovy" songs Saturday evening? Weird.

Jaques Doucet Tweet from an hour ago. The picture on the left makes me think that the one Billy posted may be old. He looks bigger in this one as well as the video of Myles walking to practice today. Twitter Video :geauxtigers:
