100%. He's running for re-election, it's not like how it was in 2016 with Obama being a lame duck president. He should appoint someone with credentials to the right of Robert Bork.

If GOP can retake the House, RBG should be removed from her seat on the basis of being too weak and lacking the capacity to carry out the duties of being a Supreme Court justice. When was the last time she made it through oral arguments or a SOTU address without dozing off?

Absolutely. After that impeachment fiasco, it should be scorched earth. No-holds-barred.

I have no idea if she sleeps through oral arguments, but SOTU is not park of her duties.

Its just evidence of a lack of capacity and it brings embarrassment and ridicule to the court. Andrew Johnson was impeached on one article of bringing ridicule to the office of President, so the precedent is there.

It's cute you think she's still alive.

They'll wheel her into court with ECMO and ventilator if they have to.

Agreed. You were doing so well. Then this:

She should retire, She should not be impeached for being old.

That is a can of worms that NO sane person wants to open.

He should be able to fill it even at the end of his second term. It isnt about hypocrisy it is about the fact that we are right and they are wrong and we will use any means available to advance our agenda and protect this great country from the scourge of socialism.

She is not allowed to decide her own DNR status, and I'm sure a defibrillator is always within a few feet of her.

Doesn't need to ask questions that others are already asking.

Should be adding multiple SCOTUS judges right now

It will be the first things the Dims do if they get the Presidency and Senate and we will be behind the curve once again

principles don’t matter. If you can add judges you do it. If you can prevent it you prevent it.

Fair enough. Justice Thomas can step down along with RBG and Trump can appoint TWO new justices. I like the way you think.

Justice Thomas may be waiting until after re-election before announcing his retirement.
