I'm in the same boat as he is. This photo was not marked on my twitter account, but I've run across things that were marked that way for no apparent reason after you open it. It doesn't happen very often. Maybe once or twice a month.

Twitter and virtually all social media use algorithms and AI to find and filter sensitive content. So if enough people take an action on a particular post, the platform will hide it as sensitive. But you likely already knew that and don't care because you want to play the perpetual victims. This whole thread is the definition of what a snowflake is.
