Also people light up a cigarette, take two puffs, and flick it off in the distance. In the real world people take that thing down to the filter.

Tires squealing every time a car drives forward.

Cars always blow up. After an accident, going off a cliff, if some dude puts a lit rag in the gas tank, etc. I know cars can sometimes kinda explode, but it's rare and nothing like the movies.

The relative emptiness of major city streets and highways.

And the loud crackling noise made when they take a drag on the cigarette. This started several years ago and was sort of cool. It's a horribly overused cliche now.
The screaming of a hawk in the background to let you know they are away from civilization. This happens far more often on TV shows than in real life.

How many times have you seen someone walk into a bathroom, put some water in the sink, dunk their hands in and then rub them on their face before looking at themselves in the mirror...contemplating. Not sure I have ever done this in real life.

Shooting a car's gas tank with a gun to make it explode is impossible.
Also igniting gasoline with a lit cigarette is insanely difficult to the point of being useless to even try.
Mythbusters did both.

Nobody actually eats their food. People get up and walk away from food they haven't touched all the time in movies.

Rom coms... all of it
Speaking of rom coms, any time there’s a simple miscommunication, the misunderstood person always lets the mad person leave before taking 5 seconds to explain what happened

Cocking the hammer on a striker fired pistol, or pumping a double barrel shotgun.
Tires chirping rubber during a routine turn or stop. Vehicle engine noises in general really.
Opening a bottled beer and holding it by the neck with 3 fingers and flipping it up to take a swig. First of all, no one actually does that. Second of all, it’s a full beer, if you flipped it up like that, it would spill everywhere.
Detectives talking to someone about a rape/murder and that person continuing to work like it’s no big deal.

22 Jump Street’s parody of that was great

Doesn't happen in every show and movie but holy hell do people get lucky with having elevators already on their floor when they hit the button.
They never have to wait.
Not an everyday thing, but Mythbusters did show that you can't just run your car through a gate or barrier without the car getting heavily damaged.

Pulling a fire alarm pull station and all the sprinklers activate, drenching the whole building.
That's the movie life safety equivalent of turning on the bathroom light and it makes the toilet flush.

Sex in public restrooms
Maybe I’m just a germophobe, but if no one else is in the bathrrom, I’m pulling my shirt up over my nose as a mask to minimize the obligatory public restroom shite smell. And if any part of my body makes skin contact with any part of the bathrrom, I’m removing that layer of skin with sandpaper. It’s the last place I’m thinking about having sex.
I don’t care if there’s a Victoria’s Secret supermodel in there waiting to frick my brains out. Even though it’s only gonna take 30 seconds, I’ll pass.
ETA: Same goes for people throwing up in public toilets - they just grab the rim of the toilet with their hands. Please tell me no one does this in real life.

Hacking is almost always ridiculously unrealistic
Even in the 90's - everyone's Internet speed was faster than what we have today. Watch The Net, it's hilarious.
If you grocery shop in a movie, you always always always buy French Bread.
(That's an old trick and used for a reason; movie-makers always fear that some dude just carrying a grocery bag down the street will make the audience fixate on the question, "wbat's in the fricking bag?" And not forget about it.)

And many times they’re in big cities too. With as much traffic as places like LA, NY, Atl (Baby Driver), etc.
Not exactly the same, but movies filmed in Atlanta (Baby Driver, specifically) where recognizing filming locations takes you out of the movie because they are shown out of order for their real locations.
There's a YT video where they split screen the opening scene for BD w/ Google Maps to show you which way he's going.
The map cursor jumps all around downtown Atlanta in a nonconsecutive route.

People with low paying jobs (if you ever see them work at all) can still afford decent apartments in Manhattan.

Slow, volleying lines of conversation.
There’s directors like Altman that use overlapping dialogue, but the mean leans towards a tempo of interaction that doesn’t reflect real life.
