The McCabe charges dropped was only for leaking.

The only thing he is cleared of is leaking in a news disclosure issue. The rest of his crap is still being looked at...

you really thought McCabe would be charged. No one in DC is ever charged. I want to see a normal joe lie to the FBI and then fight the charges based on this precedent.

You guys need to get some reading comprehension skills.
It makes a difference as to what the charges are that they are dropping. This does not mean McCabe is not going to be charged involving all the other stuff that has been alleged.

He is cleared of exactly what he set up General Mike Flynn for. McCabe lied to the FBI. Now he's cleared, while Flynn continues to slog on in court.

Why on earth would the prosecutors drop some charges while they investigate others? They would use those as leverage for a plea/cooperation
