I'm embarressed for my state. I would hope that the people that voted this down have to face one of these survivors face to face. And tell them, we are sorry you didn't die.

It has to do with babies being born and then aborted, it’s not surviving a normal abortion early on. It just means one that was born live has to be taken care of and sent to a hospital, the reach of this isn’t as big as y’all are thinking. I’m perfectly fine with supporting this bill although I don’t support chipping away at a woman’s right to an abortion any more than y’all like chipping away at the second amendment.

Aren’t constitutional rights conferred at birth? If so, wouldn’t this be age discrimination by denying the child emergency medical care simply because he/she is seconds old? No way this can pass constitutional muster.
