Morons like boozie don’t want to admit that long time federal lawyers are politics hacks even though the Horowitz reports proved long term federal lawyers are political hacks

Why does anyone still pretend this is even possible at this point? For every “controversy” you might think is “avoidable” there’s another one waiting to be created or contrived.

Have you paid attention at all for the past 4 years?

Trump himself called for Mueller's firing

He should have been. It's proven to have been initiated on false pretense. It's well within his power to fire Mueller. Guess what? He didn't.

He misrepresented the findings of the Mueller report,

He came to the same conclusion on Mueller. How is that misrepresenting? You must mean misrepresenting in terms of what you FEEL it should have been. All about those feels.

kept grand jury materials to Congress

They had the entire thing that any. democrat could have walked across the way and read. They ignored it. What? Is Nadler too. fat to walk 30 yds?

Only special counsel needed for Ukraine involves the following. Biden's, Pelosi, Romney and Schiff. All have relatives on energy boards or dealings with Ukraine.

You're so full of shite it's amazing you aren't constipated for days.

Except the new proposed sentense isnt below the guidelines it's in keeping with them. It was the previous recommendation that was outside the guidelines.

Weird you consider that a criticism of trump once the Horowitz report proved there was no reason for the mueller investigation to exist.

You won’t consider that fact because you have no personal integrity

The Dems needed the talking point that someone connected to Trump was sentenced to 7 years for lying to investigators in the "muh Russia" hoax. 4 years doesn't get same BANG as 7 years would have in the media. It's kinda like how a single anonymous report doesn't get the same reaction as 4 anonymous sources with knowledge of Trump's thinking gets.

Worse than that... the prosecutors LIED to their superiors in the DOJ about the time they were going to recommend... I believe they said they were going to ask for 4, then when they actually filed, they threw in the 7 to 9... that ALONE is reason enough to overrule them and take over the case.

And all indications and evidence have shown Trump was correct to want Mueller removed. Problem for you sky screamers is, he didn’t remove him and instead let the sham fall on its face.

The Russia shite was a complete hoax. Roger Stone is going to jail for fighting back against a hoax where political hacks were attacking him just to score points in the liberal world. It is lawyers like those prosecutors that’s why everybody hates lawyers. There are no other group of people so arrogant and conceited that would purposely destroy another persons life just to score points with their peers. Not only is their target’s life destroyed but their whole family’s. These lawyers don’t care and are so convinced of their moral and intellectual superiority that they feel themselves can never be wrong and other people so far below them that it does not matter if that person’s life is destroyed as long as they have the ability to brag about taking down a republican to their liberal friends. Lawyers are the reason this country is in the mess it’s in and no other group in America deserves the highest level of scorn and disgust. If there ever is another revolutionary war or civil war, lawyers need be the first target of attention.

Still haven't seen a link to these guidelines you keep talking about.

Asked yesterday.

I'm sure I'll ask tomorrow as well.

The Starr Report, presented on Sept. 9,1998, presented 11 impeachable offenses. Bill Clinton was eventually charged because he "...willfully provided perjuries, false and misleading testimony to the grand jury," and made "...corrupt efforts to influence the testimony of witnesses and to impede the discovery of evidence."

The first of the possible offenses presented in the Starr Report was that President Clinton had lied under oath during the civil case when he denied any sort of sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky. The President also lied under oath to the grand jury about his sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky.

He also lied in a civil deposition about ever having been alone with Ms. Lewinsky and the gifts that he had exchanged with her. There was evidence of him discussing the Jones case with Ms. Lewinsky as well. Throughout the course of the Jones case, Bill Clinton obstructed justice with Ms. Lewinsky by jointly concealing the truth of their relationship.

Clinton attempted to obstruct justice by helping Monica Lewinsky get a job in New York when her witness could be detrimental if she told the truth in the Jones case. The President lied again under oath in his discussions with Vernon Jordan regarding Ms. Lewinsky's involvement in the Jones case.

Following this civil disposition, President Clinton attempted to tamper with a potential witness by influencing his secretary. Refusing to testify for seven months was an attempt to obstruct justice during the grand jury investigation. Finally, President Clinton abused his constitutional authority in several ways throughout the course of the investigation.

That's because the sentencing recommendation was 3 times greater than the guidelines called for. But somehow Trump is the one at odds with the rule of law.
