Well there were a lot more choices this time around

What are the total turnout numbers?
I’m sensing apathy.

He’s dangerous. It’s foolish to think otherwise. Morons here think Biden and Bloomberg are bigger threats.

Biden is only a threat to women and small children at this point

Voted against Hillary last time

And this is why there is no Bernie movement, otherwise he would have waxed the field. He barely came in first.

Last time he ran against a moderate. Now there is a crowded field of far left candidates. I am shocked the moderates don’t get more votes , they only got about 10% of the votes. This could be great for democrats if turn out is up . If turn out is down then it looks like moderates don’t believe in any of the candidates who went to far left for them .

People hated Hillary that much

He is, but it's because of the media machine and the failure of our education system
Socialism is wonderful in theory, but the same diversity that everyone seems to be so hung up on is also what makes it impossible. People have different work ethics, thought processes, and moral compasses. Oh, and evil exists too. Our inherent desire to sin prevents anything like socialism or communism from ever being successful anywhere in the world.
Until people realize that we, as humans, are imperfect creatures, they'll never understand.
I honestly believe that's why so many people reject Christ...because they have zero desire to be introspective and to change their own behaviors. They're too focused on trying to change others to think like they do.

Around 285,000 for Dems.
Around 145,000 for Repbs.

That is really high turnout for the dems. Interesting

Even monarchy allowed for some social mobility through various forms of commercialism/trade, but with communism, there is no hope, no escape. You're a labor monkey from birth and there's nothing you can do about it.

In 2016 a lot of those votes were against Hillary, not for Bernie.

Agreed. Thus the Biblical warnings about consciences being seared with hot irons, being given over to reprobate minds, etc.
And socialism is fundamentally incompatible with Christianity. Either State is God, or Jesus Christ is God, but both cannot be true concurrently.

Look at what the Southern Baptist and Catholic Church are today. Ain’t nobody want to be a part of that / subject their children to that

Haha. Thx for the compliment.
I'll just never understand how people can tout the good of humanity for certain economic policies while ignoring the bad of humanity, which will drive the negative in any economic system.
They slap a happy tag on the front with the word "democratic" in attempts to validate the "socialism" aspect. The negative connotations don't come from socialism itself, but instead from the characteristics and behaviors of humanity that makes socialism impossible

I disagree here. Socialism is a completely foolish economic ideology, but saying Socialism makes the state God is like saying Capitalism makes profit/the market God.
You can be a Christian capitalism and you can be a Christian Socialist. The Socialist is obviously wrong about economics but I think you cheapen Christianity when you make it about low taxes/less regulation/economic freedom. I'm a fan of all those things but not because of my Christian faith.
