Bikes are so much scarier on the street. I did 145ish on a Yamaha R6 on Hwy. 90, and the whole time you’re thinking, “Even an armadillo will be the end of me.” Whereas a bike on the track, 130+ is comfortable with no worries. In a car, the speed feels more the same on track and street aside from worrying about tickets on the street.

Drove 150 at Texas Motor Speedway, Team Texas Driving School in a retired Cup car. With their driver behind the wheel and me as passenger, went about 165.

Great experience. Fun for a group outing.

The speedometer topped out at 150 in the 1984 Buick Regal I was in. My dad had put a 455 in it with a lot of extras to go nuke Corvettes and shite like that. Airline highway between Gonzales and Sorrento in the 90s. It was way past the 150. Who knows

Shortly after our second child was born he came down with a pretty serious virus. My wife woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me we needed to take him to the ER. We were living in Franklin Parish and headed for Monroe (St Francis) where his Doctor worked.

I don’t remember his temperature, but I do remember the Doctor telling me to get him to the hospital as quickly as possible.

I drove the entire way with my flashers on and remember running 120 for several miles at a stretch. One thing about it, we were on the road after midnight, so the traffic was light.

It was pretty awesome.

I have to thank the Cadillac Experience for that - great time all around.

Want to do the Audi Experience next time around.

Looked into a few when I went to the F1 race a couple years ago. Would love to take a Merc GTS around or even ride in one.

Came across an opportunity to buy a RS7 today for less than $50k. Incredible deal, just don't have room in my life for it plus what I have....maybe.

2014, less than 40k miles.

I'd probably replace my S600 with it. And while it is probably the right/smart decision, I obviously don't make smart decisions with cars.

I am sleeping on it.

I did price insurance.

I know how this usually ends....ugh.
