What's the worst kitchen appliance you've ever bought?

I'd have to say for me it's the Amazon basics microwave
While I was out of town my microwave went out and I had some tenants living here so in a quick pinch I just ordered the Amazon microwave.
I've had it less than a year and it's about to get thrown in the trash. It's the weakest microwave I've ever seen. Whatever you would think would be a reasonable time to heat something up you might as well triple it. In addition to that it's just poorly constructed with plastic coming off of it.
I'm surprised because I have bought a couple of other amazon basics items that turned out to be decent. Got a blender while I was on the road that was decent quality and used to have one of their bluetooth speakers.
I just can't stress how worthless this appliance is.

I bought this $20 blender (dont remember the brand) that would blend just one personal smoothie type thing at a time. It was a drunk amazon purchase. The first time I used it for a smoothie with yougurt, fresh fruit, and plenty of liquid and it wouldnt fully blend the i ingredients into a smoothie. It was lumpy as hell. I ran it for 3+ minutes and kept adding liquid. It was shite. Went right into the trash.

Yeah at that point you'd burn up the motor by the time you ever got it to blend something how you wanted it to

The damn Instantpot was a bust for me. I bought the hype a few years ago hook, line, and sinker. What does it do well? It's not as fast as I want it to be, and nothing tastes as good as I want it to. If it were faster, sure, I'll sacrifice the quality. If it were higher quality and slower (aka, crockpot), sure. I'm at the point of actively hunting down recipes and such to try to justify the albeit modest purchase, but nothing is ever as good as doing it the "right" way. At this point we just use it for peanuts, and even that is a substandard product.
I'm about at the point of calling it a waste of space. Hot take, give me the aforementioned crock pot.
We talked about getting the air fryer attachment, but I'm wary of buying more crap for a thing that doesn't do anything well.

I used it once and then gave it away to my parents. They've gotten some use out of it. It's just not for me.

Electric turkey roaster. Complete shite without convection, skin never crisps right on poultry.
Made for a good warming tray though.

Not so much an appliance as it is a gadget. I'd have to go with garlic press. They don't really work worth a damn and are a PITA to clean when done.
I had one, used it a couple times and decided to deposit it in the kitchen garbage can. I can process garlic faster with the flat side of a chef's knife.

I had a buddy years ago that burned up one and he was using his new one to make us some daiquiris. He put all the ingredients in, including ice, before turning it on. It jammed, of course.
I told him you have to drop the ice cubes in while it was running or he'd burn up the motor. He looked at me like I was crazy.
He had only see daiquiris made at a bar and didn't understand the difference between the bar's $1000 blender and his $15 one.

A good Breville juicer
Jones and Louisiana Lady from on here told me not to buy it, but I did anyway.

On a more serious note. My wife bought me an electric meat slicer several years ago and it was more like a mini meat slicer with a 7 in. blade and a woefully inadequate motor.
The first time I got a good size portion of ham and went to slice it I damn near burned up the motor and I wasn't forcing the meat through. I wound up slicing it by hand to finish it off.
I think I've used it 2 or 3 times since then and all it does is collect dust on top on one of my kitchen cabinets since no matter what I try to slice, the motor heats up.

That'd be mine, but it was a Christmas gift so I didn't buy it.
Worst one I've bought was a cheap immersion blender. Don't remember the brand. First time I used it, one of the metal blades sheared off and I threw it away.

I got a garlic press as a wedding gift, pressed one clove of garlic and it snapped.

only had it a month and it's quickly moving up the list for me.
I don't really find it saving a lot of time and the finished product isn't anything special.

Hamilton Beach Countertop Toaster Oven, 6-Slices, Black (31330D)
Total POS. No way to make toast without guessing and experimenting. Timer is a joke. So bad I trashed it the same day I received it.
