Saw a gutter punk OD last night (edited for people’s feelings)

On Decatur street. Dogs barking like crazy and the call for help eventually showed up to cart off the punk.
Within minutes they were back to panhandling and harassing people. One had a sign that said “frick Trump!”
I said, “that’s rich” and then got into a little exchange with the punks.
Seriously we need a solution for these assholes.

OD'ing seems to a solution. Stop calling for help and wait a bit to call the coroner instead. Cutout the middlemen and allow them to self eliminate.
