If you had to pick only one to listen to for the remainder of your life, which would it be? It can include all old songs, and any future songs to be made.

This would be an incredibly difficult choice for me. I can think of different songs that would make me want to pick each over the other. I think if I absolutely had to pick, it would be Childers.

hard choice but at this point: Tyler.

Sturg prob doesnt have much left in him as far as releasing his own albums. Tyler just starting to eat.

Ss can rock hard and pull off Waylon, so it should be him in a landslide

I'm kind of sick of both of them, TBH.

Sturgill due to his versatility.

I actually think Tyler is the better songwriter so I’ll go with him. Even though I love everything Sturgill has done.

I can't even say I disagree with you, and I picked Childers. How much Tyler Childers have you actually listened to, compared to Sturgill? Curious to hear your answer to this.

All of Tyler's music is listenable. As of a few months ago Stur can't make that claim. For that I give the nod to TC.

Plus I got fricked up with him and his bass player backstage at Hogs a couple years ago. Hell of guy

I like Sound and Fury. When I'm listening to Sturgill it's on shuffle with every other song. There are some I really like.

I probably enjoy Tyler more, but for the rest of my life it would have to be Sturgill,

All 4 albums are uniquely different.

Tyler is just generic pop alt country. I don't love everything sturgill does but he doesn't do the same thing all the time line Tyler. So Sturgill.

Don't agree with that. Not even a little bit.

I get why people like him, those minor chords are sexy and even more so when he puts that capo on the 4th fret and he has a good voice.

Give me “Hightop Mountain” and “Metamodern” Sturgill all-day....
If it’s “Sailors guide” or “Sound & Fury” Sturgill then I’ll take Childers.
