Gyro salad (hopefully keto, can't find nutritional info)
Izzo's Steak Salad
Southfin Poke with Zoodles.
Zorba's

Though the problem eating out is that you can never be entirely sure there's not added sugar or starch.

You can take a chance at Chinese restaurants and get dishes that are meats and veggies.

Had southfin today. They had 3 sauces with no sugar and had another with a coconut amino substitute.

A lot of those sauces are going to have sugar or cornstarch in them if that makes a difference.

They made new sauces for the new year. A peanut one and a cucumber avocado one. I checked their Instagram and they are advertising both on there. They apparently always have a whole30 shoyu sauce made with coconut aminos. I was impressed

Lit Pizza/Jabby's Pizza/Rotolo's Pizza cauliflower crust pizza

Lit's cauliflower crust is keto-af but Jabby's and Rotolo's are likely not. In fact I know Jabby's isn't - a friend of mine is diabetic and his blood sugar spikes when he eats it, so he asked for an ingredient list. It's got cauliflower in it but it still has plenty of wheat and potato.

Yep, there is a Mod Pizza by my house with a cauliflower crust: 87 carbs before sauce / cheese / toppings. (it's literally only one carb less than the regular dough).

Lits crust is cauliflower, egg, cheese. Tomato sauce and other toppings probably causes some blood sugar rise but definitely shouldn't cause a huge spike like cauliflower crusts with actual carbs in them

Craven in DS has an excellent cauliflower crust. I like it better than lit.

Salad bar at Jason’s deli is a great option as well

Mestizo - keto food and cocktail menu (duck tacos in lettuce, pork rinds, keto Moscow mules)
Phil’s, Southern Pearl - grilled oysters and Caesar salad
Elsie’s Pint and Plate - pork rinds/crawfish queso and crustless crab pie
Albasha - combination feta salad
Atomic Burger - green chile burger in lettuce wrap
Superior - seven layer salad (hold beans and corn)
Empire Wingz - buffalo or danger

I did all of the above and tested moderate to heavy keto shortly after.
