These "how to view" questions never cease to amaze me every year.

Do I have to pay for ESPN+ to get this?

I just want to put this out there that I liked the WatchESPN app WAY more than the current ESPN+ setup.

Could be helpful to add the ATT SportsNet channel finder link to OP

AT&T Sports net HD is apparently channel 1758 where I live.

Ah. That puts it in the regional cable sports channels. So, I won't get to watch through legal means, probably. I'll check when I get home, but I'm pretty sure the only regional channel I get is Fox Sports Midwest.

It never occurred to me that I wouldn’t get the channel. Now I’ll have to look when I get home as well ha.

How much is SECN+, roughly?

If you have SEC Network you have SECN+ just will need an Apple TV, roku, or something similar to stream it.

This is like year 4 of every home game and sec road game being available with watchESPN or SECN+ and people still haven’t figured it out.

To be fair, WatchESPN does not even exist anymore. Also, ESPN seems to be inconsistent as to when games are available for free streaming versus pay subscription in ESPN+.

Sorry, but your zip code is outside of the AT&T SportsNet network territory. Please contact your provider regarding potential availability via out-of-market sports packages.

I'll be in Houston for the Minute Maid Classic, seems like I'll be able to see all games this year

Espn+ is only $12 a month extra, with Hulu+ and Disney+ package.

Not when it comes to SEC baseball.

Not me. For whatever reason the WatchESPN app fricked up on me multiple times a game. I haven’t had a problem since they switched to the ESPN+ format.

That's true. We used to have to restart the stream every couple of innings.

Maybe the Eatel customer who has been complaining in almost every baseball thread about the Wally Pontiff Classic game being carried only on Cox will STFU now

It amazes me how many years into it we are and people still can't grasp that non conference away games aren't shown on the ESPN platforms (unless the home team has a contract with ESPN as well). The Pontiff Classic was played away from BR, against a non SEC team, therefore not on ESPN. It's being played in BR this year, so it's on ESPN.

Also, not grasping the difference between ESPN+ and SECN+.

It will be explained a minimum of once a week, until baseball season is over, and people still won't get it.
