Can you really convict a man for rape with testimony like this?

That’s what it sounds like to me.
I don’t know who this Mann woman is or what parts she landed, but it does sound like she has some sour grapes.
The lack of her notoriety to me tells me that she is pissed that she did some nasty things with Harv with the hopes she would be some A list actress and she didn’t even make the D list. So now she is pissed at him for not making her a star.

It's not so much "regret rape" as it it's now "noble" to be a virtue signaling "victim". I'm not saying what he did was right, but women banging men in powerful positions to advance their careers/lives is a quid pro quo relationship that's been going on since the beginning of humanity. No one was raped in the traditional sense of the word. It was a fully consensual, mutually beneficial exchange.

We've developed this weird culture where supposedly modern women claim two mutually exclusive ideas to be true.
1. "Women should be treated as equals to men and are just as capable of men in terms of thinking and decision making".
2. "Men should be held criminally liable when women make foolish decisions and frick them thinking they'll get something out of it because if a man does this, he's 'manipulated' her into having sex".

There are plenty of whores in the giant glorified brothel that is hollywood that know the deal. However, there were also probably a few who really were surprised when what seemed to be a professional chat turned into rape because somehow trading sex for fame was the furthest thing from their minds. Or maybe they were planning to, then balked when they saw how ugly he was, and he took what he wanted anyway. I have no doubt he probably raped several women in his younger days even if not these particular broads, and I hope he goes to prison.
