Bolden has seen the field for Bama. That’s not a given for a ‘get you in the door’ player at a place like Bama.

11.51 is a poor 100 m time.
.

For a world class sprinter, yes... For a HS defensive back no...

Usain Bolt’s world record was 2 seconds faster..

Do you really believe a school will use a scholarship to " get a foot in the door ".

Who has BAMA gotten from West Monroe since Bolden and what effect did signing Bolden have on that recruit, if any?

Thank you. Some kids aren’t world class sprinters or can bench 400 out of high school, but have that “it factor”

Kauffman has it

My man, 11.51 is quite slow for a college DB that plays at this level. To be honest, I can’t see how it’s possible for a kid to run a 4.49 40 and a 11.51 100. Those times don’t compute.

Reminds me of Amik Robertson that had quite the career at LA Tech and wasn't the tallest guy either. Both are ball hawks, seem to not get fooled much, and makes plays. On his video he returns kicks, blocks a FG, plays both offense and defense. Having said all that, if LSU gets L Johnson from Lancaster assuming of course he qualifies, I don't think has room for 2 more secondary guys in this class.

His best 100 meter time was an 11.12 in competition last year.

Yeah I've watched that multiple times. I think it's better to take a flyer on this kid than all those background guys we do to fill out a class. Plus he doesn't look molasses slow like people are going about on here.

Get his kid in here to play that nickel, that Mathieu role while you have two lockdowns on either side. The 2022 defense could be #1 in the country if we play our cards right in recruiting and DC hire.

Now I see why everyone thinks he should be in the class and I agree

apparently he is fast enough to be one of the 100m guys on the track team for Rummel. He can't be "quite slow".

I was about to ask same thing. Kid is not slow by any means. Something don’t compute. Kids senior film is crazy good. Really knows how to off the block . Ball hawk ,when you watch his film you can see that he has football smarts. Seems to be in position to make plays. Do want. And

Same size as the Honey Badger essentially. I suspect the reservations any teams might have would be his height at 5'8". With past success of Mathieu and CEH I could see LSU taking the gamble.

Shorter distances will be good to see. He’s running the 60 meter and long jump at LSU’s last indoor meet on February 8th.

He was just named the Greater New Orleans amateur athlete of the month for December...
